Jerzoda LLC ("Jerzoda," "we," "us") provides Smart Numbers — AI voice and messaging agents for real-estate listings — and related services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, and billing details you provide when you order or set up service.
Caller and visitor information: when a buyer calls a Smart Number or chats with an agent on a listing or website, we record the caller's name and phone number (from caller ID), the property they asked about, the conversation transcript, and any appointment they book. We collect this on behalf of the listing agent or brokerage that published the number.
Usage information: basic technical data about how our pages and agents are used, such as page views and widget interactions, used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
To provide the service: answering calls and chats, capturing and delivering leads and transcripts to the listing agent, booking appointments, and sending related notifications. To operate, maintain, and improve Smart Numbers. To communicate with you about your account, your orders, and support.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or messaging data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Contacts and lead data collected through your Smart Numbers account belong to you; we process that data only to provide the service.
Text messaging (SMS)
By providing a mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry or account — for example, lead alerts, appointment confirmations, and order updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service: with the listing agent or brokerage whose number you called; with service providers that host our platform, process payments, and deliver calls, messages, and email on our behalf; and when required by law. Providers are bound to use the information only for the services they perform for us.
Data retention and security
We keep account and lead data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it or the law requires otherwise. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link, and out of text messages by replying STOP.
