The service
Smart Numbers by Jerzoda LLC ("Jerzoda") provides AI voice and chat agents that answer inquiries about your listings or business, capture lead information, and book appointments, together with a supporting account, reporting, and ordering tools. Agents are automated systems; they work alongside you, and you remain responsible for following up with your leads and clients.
Your account
Each Smart Numbers customer receives their own account, configured during a one-time setup. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity under your account.
Fees
Setup: a one-time setup fee is charged at order ($247 for real-estate accounts). Platform: $97 per month for real-estate Smart Numbers accounts, billed monthly. Usage: calls, messages, and related usage are charged from your account wallet at Jerzoda's actual platform cost, without markup under the terms in effect at your signup. You may fund your wallet and set automatic reload so service is not interrupted. Physical signs are optional and, when ordered, are supplied at cost.
Term and cancellation
Service is month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 15 days' notice. Your contacts, leads, and account data belong to you; on cancellation we will make your data available for export on reasonable request during the notice period.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Smart Numbers only for lawful business communication, to honor callers' and contacts' opt-out requests, and to obtain any consent required for the messages and calls sent through your account. You are responsible for the listings, prices, and claims your agents communicate on your behalf; verify your listing information before and during use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or modify features; material changes to these terms will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jerzoda's liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid Jerzoda in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales or missed appointments.
